Heather is disorganized and gaps while she teaches. She loses track of what she is saying, and what she is teaching. She did not teach everything we needed to know, and it was extremely frustrating to be a student in her classroom. She assigns blame when confronted about issues. Not a good experience.

Her courses are easy, just breathing will get you a decent mark. However she is highly disorganized never prepared for class and has no sense of time. Group presentations run very late and students are expected to stay until everyone is finished. Even if you have a mid term in the next class. A waste of students time

It would have been great if she remembered her students names, especially after 2 years of teaching them.....her classes seemed useless, like learning how to wash your hands should be a 10 minute(not even!) lesson...it felt like an eternity with her! Ooooh and if you have a technological issue with your assignements good luck, she has no remorse!
