I have taken all of her classes, they are all 3 word for word the same class. If she doesn't like you, good luck getting an A. She grades you on how she feels towards you. Nice person, but really REALLY needs to retire. Law enforcment students...DONT TAKE HER if you don't have to, which you don't. You wont agree with anything she says.

Comment:

She is not a bad person, but her method of teaching makes you question just what you learned during the semester. The only grades you receive are on attendance, one simple paper and one simple test. This actually turns out to be a bad thing because much of the time you're not too sure what is going on. She also doesn't use technology.

It is her way or the highway, so get used to what her opinion is. She likes people that talk in class and discuss the topic-so show up to class. Grades consisted of writting 2-3 page papers. It's an easy class if you show up and participate. She knows her stuff and has been around the block. She's a nice person, but she needs to retire soon.

She does not use a textbook and she doesn't have a schedule/clear syllabus. It was just a guessing game with her! She will ask for your juvenile record and that is not legal! In Minnesota it is illegal for any employer to ask about your juvenile record.

I really like her...she tends to talk about the same thing for awhile but she is easy and you learn something. I got perfect grades on everything I did that was just a few papers. Be sure to show up for class or else you will fail.

sometimes it is tough to follow the instructors intentions and objectives, but be patient. She grants you multiple opportunities to turn in your assignment and have it returned for corrections prior to being counted as your official grade. If you use those opportunities you will do well.
