Great professor, but not super involved in the department. He's a dean so he's busy. Always makes time for his philosophy students. Great stories, funny lectures. Class is so fun, even at 8am

Comment:

Good for intro classes, but I don't recommend anything more advanced with him. Really into playing the part of the beloved prof who makes everyone fall in love with philosophy, and that's cool. He gets a lot of majors that way, but don't expect him to be there for you once you declare. He's not a mentor like Schiltz, Rudisill, Hustwit, or McBride.

Fantastic professor. Loves the material and his students even more. Will go to great leaps and bounds to help students and genuinely enjoys their time and input. Best teacher yet at Wooster. Challenges you to think critically but the class can't be considered difficult by any means.

If you are interested in philosophy at all and you graduate from Wooster without taking a class from Kreuzman, you will have done yourself a disservice. He loves what he teaches, and that tends to rub off on his students. A word of warning: when he gives you a page limit on essays, he means it.

This man is a self important, yet seemingly inept prof. His argumentation is overstated here, just because he made you feel dumb as a freshman doesn't mean he's the savior of philosophy. He's not as sharp as Thomson, as good a teacher as Schiltz or Rudisell, or as nice or thoughtful as Hustwit. Do yourself a favor and take a real philosophy class
