Totally unclear with what she expects from case studies, throws her views in your face, and the class is not structured to service 20+ kids. Seems like it would work better if we had less than 12, but not 24. Difficult to get the "good grades".

I honestly have no idea what everyone is taking about. I just finished writing for radio with Hope and she could not have been more laid back or easy going, and she is certainly not a name dropper. Strongly recommend her for this course.

An absolute unbearable teacher. Wastes your time, repeats herself, gets confused constantly, doesn't seem to know what she's doing, and on top of that she's not helpful and can get very mean for no reason. Avoid her at all costs. She's not hard at all, but take the class with Zarr and you'll learn more AND not want to die. Someone fire her!

She's a B... I didn't learn a thing. What is her background that even allows her to teach this class? I think she just got the job because they needed another full time faculty. Her tests are stupid as well as her explination of assignments. She doesn't even understand some of the more current topics that she is required to teach. Talks in circles.

I hate her. She is such a..... She leads you to believe that she's such a nice lady then she turns a full 360. She doesn't know how to teach and is one of the most boring teachers at Columbia. I daon't know how she still works here. Don't take her if you can avoid it. Not work the time and effort.

Hope is a nice person, but not the greatest teacher. I didn't really learn anything that I didnt already know and I was bored out of my mind by the idiots in my class. She CONSTANTLY repeats herself, its soooo annoying. Just do the work and get through it, because its required.
