The best professor I had at Lycoming, and I had many good ones. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Saying he was against athletes is a joke, he attends many, many sporting events. An excellent teacher.

Dr. Berthold teaches in a way that makes the material very fun and interesting. There are lots of opportunities for extra credit. It's not a blow-off class, but it's not too difficult, either. He clearly loves teaching and cares a lot about his students.

It's been about 4 years since i had Berthold, but i still remember his class quite clearly. By far the best prof. at Lyco i had. He was a bit disorganized, but the fact that he was so open to helping more than made up for it. Plus he had me over for dinner

He can be so disorganized, it's annoying. Quite a bit of wasted times, and sometimes after class, I have no notes because there was nothing to take notes on! He's a great guy, but the class is run sloppily.
