Ike is hands down the best professor I have ever had. The way he teaches is so easy to understand, plus he is so willing to help you when you need it. The class content is hard, it's organic chemistry. But with Ike, it is very managable.

You'll fall in love with Ike! He's the funniest, most outrageous professor you'll ever have. From standing on tables to rapping Drake and YG he's definitely one of a kind. He makes any class entertaining and once you have him you'll never want another professor. I've had him every semester for 3 years in a row. Listen to lectures and review notes

Ike is he most sweetest, loving, & fun professor at PSUBerks! His lectures are very memorable & he puts in so much (detailed and good) information. The quizzes are easy if you pay attention the books and what he says in class. Discussion sheets are pretty effortless after the first 2 or 3 you do. He's always willing to laugh and is just so loving!

Ike is a great professor. He is hilarious compared to most professors. He really tries his best to get all of his students to do well and understand the material. Exams are easy, and he tells you what to study. To study, look over the slides and the practice exams. I would recommend him to everyone. Only downside is he gets off track often.

Dr. Ike has truly mastered the art of teaching students. Ochem is hard but he makes it such a fun subject to learn. Dr. Ike knows how students learn best and will go out of his way to help. You will need to study outside of class but the practice exams are VERY similar to the actual exam. I always leave his class with confidence!

The one, the only, Ike Shibley. He is a wonderful, quirky professor that can make you laugh and still get the lesson taught. Chemistry, in my opinion, is a difficult class so you still need to study out of class. Ike doesn't give you the answers, but he will walk through questions. Tests are not too hard and not too easy.

Dr. Shibley or actually ahem, Ike as students call him is a charismatic professor that exudes brilliance with how he connects with students of all calibers. He saved chemistry for many of the students. He also made my chemistry from high school not seem as bad as I thought it would be. Many thanks to him and may he forever be with PSU.

Ike is one of the funniest and most willing to help professors I have ever met. He makes you feel welcome and like you are at home. He will jump on tables and sign Taylor Swift or do the Nae Nae. Loved his class, would take again. Read the book so you get 100's on the quizzes. Discussion sheets are super easy. No tests. Go to class & participate

He responds to emails very quickly. Work load is not overwhelming and the two assigned projects are fun and very helpful in the real world. Weekly quizzes online, and a midterm and final online that must be proctored. Weekly quizzes are timed and open book, you can take a few times and highest grade sticks. Highly recommend this class, very useful.

I am a second year student at Berks, and I took the accelerated organic 1 and 2 classes. Ike is an amazing teacher- he's funny, and he knows what he's talking about. These classes are fairly fast paced since they're only half the semester, and require a lot of out of class work, but Ike teaches in such a way that makes organic easy and fun!

One of the best college chemistry professors I've had so far. He made the material so clear and easy to understand. I took this class through the world campus and I was nervous that it would be hard to get in touch with the professor but Ike was always available and helpful.
