This dude is a champ. Its definitely good to have some preexisting knowledge of Trig and college algebra under your belt, but if you show you care, he does too. Offers a ton of extra credit, after every quiz or test at least one e.c. assignment. If you are not a dunce with math you'll be fine, and hes a real trip

This is class is really hard if you are not really good in precalculus already. The professor is hard to understand and doesn't explain things clearly or completely. If you are good in math already and you just need a refresher, then take this class. Otherwise, you should try to find a better teacher who can actually teach you.

I honestly hated this professor. He did not help at all. He didn't understand "I DON'T GET IT". He is the worst ever!! If you haven't had math in a while.. GET OUT!!!

This pro is absolutely ridiculous!! He does not know how to teach at all! All he does is stands infront of the board through out class explaining stuff to himself, rather than his students! He believes that we all know everything already and are just taking the class for fun (wtf) Going to his office is also a waste of time because he does not seem

OF COURSE WE CAN! This guy is like a funny russian Rafiki from the lion king. That said he doesnt explain things very well and if you can't learn the material on your own you will have a very hard time. He will help outside of class but he doesn't really understand the meaning of "I dont get this," rather he asks which question you are having a pro

He does have an extremely thick accent, and if you've covered some calc before, then go ahead and take the class, but if not, then I recommend you don't get your intro through him. He does things on the board w/o fully explaining them.

If you don't understand math too well, don't take this class. He can't explain things, partly because of his accent. I was doing fine until the final, when he decided to put questions on it we had never done before. Can't help you if you go to him privately either.

First of all Math books are impossible to teach yourself with, so you have to attend class even though he doesn't take attendance. He is funny in one of those "i can't believe this" kind of ways. He is very hard to understand because of his heavy accent and he has difficulty explaining things

This guy is the hilarious. He's an awful teacher but it's fun to go to class to see him dance around w/ his thick Russian accent. If you can't learn on your own, don't take this class because he can't teach.

if you know the material already you'll be fine - otherwise you might have some difficulty understanding him - the wonderful thing is that he gives you all the questions before a test or quiz and pretty much tells you how to solve them. not very student friendly though...

Horrible prof!!! This is the first class I've ever failed in my life. I'm an A and B student.Got a B+ in the pre-calc class I took at Loyola with a different prof. This man is by far the worst professor I've ever had in my life. Doesn't speak english, not available outside of class! STAY AWAY!!!!!

His class is a semester long review of trig, and functions.Never gives in depth explanations, and the book he chooses can't either. If you know them but need a refresher then do the problems on your own. Otherwise he won't teach you a thing. Props to giving you the problems before the test. No Help.
