I had him for the summer session. 2 tests and a final. Study the HW questions and you are guaranteed a good grade on the first 2 tests. He has an accent that is hard to understand so I studied on my own time. He likes to joke around and he takes favorites so don't get on his bad side.

This professor is HORRIBLE. As a graduate student this is the worst professor I have encountered in all my years of schooling. He is completely unhelpful and never answers any of your questions. OH, and he never teaches either. I only have two pages of notes because he expects the students to teach the class through case presentations...horrible!!

His tests are not hard if you study. He's fair and wants to help. He's very understanding and caring. Go to his office if you need any help. Didn't even get a B in his class but still i LOVE him Can't wait to graduate so I can ask him out on a date :) Just like any other course you have to put in the work to get what you want!

Good teacher if you actually pay attention. Tests are not hard if you study and read the text book. You get used to the accent, hes funny, if you are a girl he'll love you..2 tests and a final. He's old so he repeats himself a lot, but overall pretty good teacher.

Let me be objective: He never missed lecture and he made tests easy because they were based on the same stimulus from the homeworks. However, his syllabus is incomplete with respect to the CPA Content Specification Outlines, he favors students and tends to inflect his voice towards them (unethical), and he looks like Steve Urkel. Go American.Avoid!

He is a great man. Despite his accent, which you get used to very quickly, it's an easy class! Don't have to read the book, just go by his notes and do the homework problems and you are guaranteed an A in class. Besides that, he's funny too.

He's a good professor. I'm a bit on the lazy side and I ended up with a B+. He has a thick accent but he tries his best to be clear when teaching. He offers help all through out the semester. He may babble a bit here and there but that just makes it an even better class. He adds a little life to it.

I don't know why people don't like him... He's a good prof. Accounting is a tough subject, so of course it's going to be hard... I'd rather have him than most other prof's... Badawi is terrible. He completely lacks respect for students and for the material he teaches. He is unclear and unfair. Don't bother trying to argue a grade because he will not listen to it. You have to love spending time on a term paper and professor that tells you afterwards he won't even read it. Summation: he sucks.
