If you're looking at Inge's rating to see whether her course is worth taking... IT IS. One of the best classes I've ever taken at UofL. The material is incredibly interesting, and Inge's explanations are very easy to follow and she's really really funny and laid back. Amazing prof. The interesting material makes it easy to study for exams.

Attendance is important because there is not textbook for this class because it is lecture based. Doing the extra homework such as transcription activities and weekly quizzes is essential to doing well. The texts were fairly easy if you did your homework. Her lectures were entertaining and I would definitely take this class again!

Inge is pretty good, and this class is easy, albeit a bit boring. Multiple choice questions are generally easy, but I found the transcription portion of the exams to be ambiguous and unclear. Exams consisted of about 30 MC questions, and 2 or 3 short answer, but be prepared to wait as long as 3 weeks to get your exam grades back.

Genee is an excellent prof. She is funny and makes her class interesting. Her weekly quizzes though open-book, can actually be hard if you do not study. I would definitely take a class with her again. All her lectures are posted on Moodle as she doesn't use textbooks.

Overall, her classes are very enjoyable and abundant in extra multimedia components such as YouTube videos of cute kids. She expects everyone to give their 100% and stay on top of readings, so prepare to work hard if you want a good mark.

Inge is very passionate about what she teaches and you can tell. She is great, no textbooks, but make sure you put in the effort to go over the powerpoints. Weekly quizzes that really help on what the mid-terms consist of. She is always willing to go over any questions or concerns you may have.

She is a great professor and doesn't use a text book. Everything you need to know are on her slides. She has also started to record her lectures for you to listen to everything that is said. Though, go to class because she writes stuff on the board.

Inge is great; she doesn't use a text book anymore for the 2300 & 2600 class, just powerpoints that she posts on Moodle. However, go to class! Things are complicated, especially in 2600. Very helpful, always willing to answer questions & go over examples again. Study hard though, the theory gets tough. Very interesting classes! Ignore low ratings.

Inge is a fantastic teacher, contrary to some reviews. She not longer uses a textbook, which saves time and money, and just focuses on the useful information. About 80-90% of test/quiz information is on her class slides, and if you don't understand a concept, she is more than willing to go over it with you. Highly recommended professor!

No textbook and sends out her slides which is nice, however you should still attend class because it will be confusing otherwise. Her exams are tough if you do not study.. and you need to study everything. She gives weekly quizzes with few questions so make sure to actually try on them or it will show on your grade.

Everything she covers will be in test, and she doesn't give more than a few questions. If you forget just one term and it shows up on the test, you're going to take a %10 hit. I got 78% on the first test and 96% on the final, but I studied everything. Her assignments are extremely easy if you put in the time and boost your average nicely.

She is definitely a great prof, and understands her field, but as she admitted, it was hard to follow her, as she almost assumes that you are in a higher class at times. She is really helpful if you go to her personally, as she can explain things in a more detailed manner. A great prof altogether though! Just go to classes.

Cancelled classes far too frequently, chose her favourites, and held very unclear expectations. She is absolutely an expert in her field, but I found her contradicting herself on many accounts. I would not take a class with her again.

She was a fantastic professor! She always had great examples for everything and on the spot too, which was pretty impressive and helped me understand better. She does mark really easily, I got pretty much A- or B+ on everything.
