One of the top professors in catalysis in the world with the ego to match his achievement. His graduate level classes provide insight like no other class about what is happening at the molecular level during reactions and are very interesting. Don't fall asleep in class though!

He is a great guy, good sense of humor. He knows this is a survey coarse and he wants students to understand the material rather than struggle with hard problems. He make class easy and interesting. He even took our class out for pizza before spring break.

Everything others said is exactly true. He also thinks women aren't capable of Chem E. "In MY day, there were no women engineers...that's a new thing. This guy is horrible. He talks the whole time about how great he is and how great Intel and catalytic converters are. Easy class, but it's the most painful 2 hours per week of your life. Oh yeah, he kills your grade if you fall asleep.
