He is a great teacher! He was very clear with his teachings. He was also very helpful when I missed a class one day. I went to his office and he caught me up on everything I missed. If I get a chance to have him for another math class, I will take it!

Had him for 155 and he was great. Took him again for 283 and he sucked. Explains nothing, takes off ridiculous amounts of points for small errors, writes in tiny cursive on the board, and says "uh" in between every couple of words.

Incredible math teacher. He has an absolute gift for breaking concepts down and explaining them clearly. he was out of class twice this semester, and neither of his subs were half as effective as he is. If you must take calc, you want to be in his class.

he is the worst teacher ever in topology I'll never recomend anyone to take him for topology I dont know about calc but for topology you comeout of class dummer than b4 class begun time after time. terrible terrible terrible teacher. that is all I got to say.

Goodykoontz is one of the best teachers I've had. After a semester of taking notes in that class, my notebook was comparable to the textbook. Things were explained very well, and to great detail. If you get the chance, take him for these classes.

Dr. Goodykoontz is a great math teacher -- he is extremely fair on tests with partial credit. He teaches very clearly and is always willing to answer anyones questions. I had him for Math 155 and because he was so good I took him again for 156.
