Professor Davis is an excellent teacher at RU. Of course the classes can be hard, but put the effort in, and you will be rewarded. He will prepare you for the real world in the computer programming industry, if you want to make money after graduation, stay focused, learn, and ask plenty of questions. If the class was easy, you wouldn't be learning.

Hey is by far my favorite teacher at Radford University, if you are interested in learning HTML,PHP,JSON,jQuery,mySQL otherwise its going to be hard, much learned great teacher. Had him in web programming 1-2-3.

Extremely boring. He wants you to make completely hideous designs for all the homework. He's unreasonable and illogical. He grades things based on what he knows, not on what you should know by what he's taught. So expect to get points off for not knowing things he hasn't taught. I'd never suggest this teacher, but sometimes he's the only choice.

A great teacher! He definitely understands what he is teaching. The class is easy, until you get to perl. His tests are killer, do the extra credit, and turn in every assignment, and you will do fine though.

He makes it known at beginning that tests are going to be difficult, they are. But, I really think he balances that out with extremely easy assignments, simple quizzes that make up large part of grade, and he's very approachable with needing more direction. I would highly recommend the teacher, but be prepared to actually learn it or suffer.

Very good professor! Knows how to relate things realistically. All notes are posted online but the book helps a lot. Take advantage of his inclass programs as they will help you on tests. The tests are HARD but with the assignments (programs) that you have to do, it will help pull up your grade! Quizzes every friday will help your grade as well!

I got an A like it was cake. He goes through every line of your code and will take off points for your stupid mistakes, double check yourself and you will earn full credit. If you get A's on your homework and projects, and get about a B on your tests you can get an A in the class. He will help you if needed, highly recomended.

This class was strange. It started out really easy, but got really hard. He's a good professor, boring material at times, but he's fine. Had to drop the class though, but thats because it was my own fault for doing bad. I think he's the only one teaching it now, so good luck :-)
