Prof Osborn is a very difficult professor that knows when you are BSing. Participate always and read the books that he assigns or else you will be super confused and clueless during class discussions. DO NOT PROCRASTINATE on his assignment. I learned a lot from his class. I put in my BEST and that is the only way to get an A. You have to impress.

Jack can be intimidating at first, but he is an amazing person. Show up, do your work. This is college by the way, it is expected of you. Pushes students to grow and it feels great. He helped me network and found me my post-grad employment, which exceeded every other offer I heard. Jack is the man!

He assigned insane amounts of coursework, but you really get so much out of every assignment. Show up on time, for every session, and be prepared. You MUST participate if you want a good grade in any of Jack's courses. He will challenge you to be the best student you can be, so don't expect this class to be a walk in the park.

Jack is an amazing professor and advisor for students. He would do anything for the students on his good side if they needed it, however if you're unfortunate enough to be on his bad side don't expect much. He is very respectful and demands a lot out of his best students. Don't BS him, because he'll know it in a heartbeat.

Really great and connected teacher in the region. Make sure you get to and stay on his good side because he will move mountains for you if you are. He really appreciated hard work, quality participation in class, and due diligence in preparing for each session. It is very obvious to him when you are BS'ing or lying, so dont even try.

He was very intimidating but you can't let him intimidate you. Osborn is an amazing professor and I have learned an insane amount about history and business than I ever thought I would. This class is a commitment but definitely recomended. GREAT professor.

The best decision I made in my college career was to take every class Professor Osborn taught. He is an amazing professor who cares about students well being. He's tough for a reason. If you can't handle hard work, you shouldn't be in college. Amazing human being! Learned so much from him. He truly prepared me for real life.

Awesome professor. He really makes an effort to help you out whenever you need help. His desire is for you to do well. Incredibly helpful. I got a 4.0 in the class and a perfect score on the final presentation. Just work hard and participate and you will do fine in the class

I took BUS 226 even though I am an Econ major. I had heard that the class was hard but I found it surprisingly easy. There is just lots of tedious and pointless work. Osborn does not understand much about economics. He is just good at playing the part of the retired executive.

Professor Osborn is a highly intelligent and established individual. He is by no means easy but part of being a business major is willing to take on a challenge. He is extremely helpful but you seriously need to stay on top of you game or else. Excellent class overall!! JP Morgan is like my bff now, thanks to this class. Good luck!!
