He's hilarious. Very liberal and speaks well (and often) on politics and world trade, and really appreciates students that pay attention. Sweet guy if you take the time to know him. Will help with anything you ask so long as you ask intelligently.

Very demanding class for an intro. A crazy amount of boring reading but you can get by without doing it. The only problem is he calls on random people each class to summarize the reading assignment. The only reason the class is somewhat easy is he gives you the test questions in advance.

Worst class I have ever taken, and Im a 4th year senior. The man is so biased and off in left feild that it makes it impossible to learn anything, I repeat, ANYTHING off of him. I don't hate his policy ideas, hes just a very bad teacher who gets off track very easily. Completely worthless.

Avoid this class at all costs. Rollwagon is very confusing and has very high expectations for his students in a 100 level class. He constantly puts down SUNY Brockport seeing how its not a real university. I want to know why he teaches here then. make sure you show up 5 minutes early since he runs on "world Time" instead of Brockport time.

Super liberal, almost even communist. Goes of topic all of the time to talk about how terrible WTO, World Bank, etc. are. I got an A but had to read a lot. Boring as hell, but easy intro class if you need it.

He makes everything overly-complex and is very unclear about his objectives. He thinks that we're Grad students and has unrealistic expectations. He is the worst and most unfair grader. He confuses everyone and stresses them out beyond what is acceptable. His lectures are complicated and his tests/papers are impossible to get an A on.

Rollwagen is just dry as sand. no. maybe drier. He talks himself in circles and is almost impossible to follow. He treats his 100 level class like the end all be all of your college career. Especially annoying if you arent a freshmen. Oh, and get there like 10 min early cos his class runs on Rollwagen time. He acts annoyed when you miss attendance.

This guy is a gr8 example of a teacher who luvs the sound of his own voice. He doesn't care that u may have ur own opinions & he makes no attempt 2 teach down the middle. He turns simple Ant. in2 "Liberal Bullcrap 101." Please don't take all of what he says for fact-find the other side of the story.

His class was boring, I think I fell asleep a few times but if you can to stay awake you WILL learn something. Unclear sometimes but can answer any questions, he knows his stuff. He even lets you call him at home if you are having trouble. Only weird thing is he laughs at his own, not funny, jokes.

My only suggestion is that anyone who plans to take this class should be ready to participate fully. If he see that the majority of the class is not participating he won't give out questions that will be on the exam. Pay attention to his essay format. He laughs at his own jokes which is annoying.

If you can get through his class without laughing at his ridiciulous jokes and actually make sense of him talking in circles- he's not a bad teacher. Tests are all essay- keep that in mind.
