Jacqueline Farr is great! You really learn to appriciate the readings she assigns. All we had to do is pick the short stories we enjoyed and then write an essay (topic of our choice) about them. This year we did not have to do a portfolio (I believe in previous years she assigned them). I deffinitely recomend her though!

she's nice and entertaining from time to time...however i hate the portfolio system. and she can be pretty unclear as to what she wants in the portfolio, and when she assigns things she's never very specific. i've never gotten anything below an A in english and now i'm lookin at a B.
