He's literally the best. His course is very difficult but I feel like I learned a lot in his class. Paying attention, coming to class on time, and taking good notes really makes a difference. Do your homework regularly because theres a huge chance it'll probably be on the test. Just show that you're putting in work, and I think you'll be fine.

Comment:

Hard to understand b/c of the language barrier but he repeats himself because he knows he is tough to understand. Each class is basically the same; go over the homework and take notes. He uses a lot of R Studio in the beginning of the semester but not towards the end. Can be kind of a hard ass, but it's funny if you've got the humor. He's alright.

I took Prof. Lee for Stats I & thought it was the most difficult class but wound up with a B. Decided to take him for Stats II & glad I did because I was use to his teaching style. As long as you do well on the hw you'll be fine in class. There's a tutor that has the answer key so make sure you do that too. Extra credit is available & take notes!!!

His lectures are very confusing and all over the place and he goes back on what he says all the time. If you miss even a single class your pretty much screwed. There's a homework for every class. Honestly if its your last option its not the end of the world just know its not going to be an easy a of a class.

Horrible teacher, he doesn't help you at all and only teaches the material once and if you miss it oh well. Gives homework every class that takes you a couple days to do and I basically live at the tutors office.

The worst math teacher i have ever had since i have been in college. He expects you to learn most stuff through google. He is also very arrogant and does not care about his students. I hate to be so harsh about a teacher but i am simply just telling the truth. Stay far away from this professor.

Took Stat I & II. Prof. very clear on what he expects & how to do the problems, step by step. DO NOT MISS CLASS - basis for how to do homework (assigned after EVERY class) & exams. His sample exams show what will be on actual exams so pay attention to them. Statistics is hard, but go to class, do homework, study & u will do well. He is the best.

Jae Lee was definitely one of my favorite professors in the whole SUNY NP campus. Be expected to do homework after every class. His lectures are pretty straight forward. He only teaches stuffs that will be on the exam. He gives sample test, and thats pretty much everything in the actual exam. Jae Lee made the material easy. Take with him!

Lee was an amazing professor. Stats is not an easy class but he is very helpful as long as you show up to class, do the homework assignemnts, and ask questions when you have them. Do not miss his class because if you do, you will be confused for the rest of the semester becaue the topics build on each other.

Do not miss a class. Listen to every word he says. Do practice questions OVER and OVER. Homework is essential to passing and actually understanding the material. I had to teach myself some things. If you want a good grade, putting in hours of work is a must. Make friends in the class! Makes the experience less stressful.

Dr. Lee breaks everything down for you so you can follow and understand. I have taken him for both Stats 1 & 2. He gives extra points to help boost your grade. You're lost if you skip class though. Boring lectures, repetitive, but clear. Very into his rules. I would highly recommend in comparison to other Stats professors too.

I was an A student in Stats I but his Stats II has been hard. You have to take amazing class notes because the textbook sucks and doesn't teach you anything. Participation not mandatory but skip an important class and you're screwed. Tests are hard. Class is long boring. I would try to take it with someone else but if you can't i guess he's okay.

One of my favorite professors ever. Take good notes during class and do the homework. Simple as that, there is no way that you will not do well. Lee is an excellent professor in every way and really cares about his students. Class becomes much better with a study buddy. Definitely try to take the class with a friend.

I have no idea how, but I got an A in this class. I got 80-85 on all the tests! You NEED to go to class and you NEED to do the homework! He's a nice guy that really wants you to succeed. Bonus points galore if you do all the homework and prove that you're really trying. That class caused so much stress for me but it was totally worth it!!
