Probably the best professor I have ever had. This guy is an impeccable professor, down to earth, humble, and nice to his students. He is always willing to help and doesn't fluff people off. Yes it is an easy A (if all you're looking for is an easy A), but it's up to you whether or not you want to learn something. Too bad he retired...

Hilarious! Made the subject extremely easy to understand. Didn't assign a lot of hw, and made exams so easy you had to sit there after you finished after 30 min and go over it again to make sure you weren't an idiot. Perfect professor and i would recommend you take any class he's teaching

If you don't particularly care for math, take him. SOOO easy. It's sad. I regret taking him. I only learned how to do the problems, I got an A in the class & i can't tell you what a differential equation is! I'm upset i took the easy a. As a person though, he's awesome. & he's a cute lil old guy. graduated from harvard.

A great professor. I took several of his courses many years ago now. He is straight to the point and helps you get a functional approach to the problems and makes complex courses seem almost easy. He doesn't try to weed you out of a course he tries to show you the "beauty" of the material. I woud take his courses without needing them to graduate

The class is easy because he teaches very well and clearly. His exams are very straightforward and he tells you exactly the format of the exams. Sometimes it may feel like you have no idea what's going on, but when this happens usually the material is not relevant for the test or that he will explain it better later on. A MUST TAKE CLASS!!

Unlike the morons I've had at the engineering department - who don't care a bit about you, dont care what grades you get, very unhelpful, and just a waste of $$$, you will LOVE Mr. Brown. I just wish he teaches the eningeering courses or at least teach those idiots a thing or two. If you study & do what he tells you, you will get an A guaranteed.
