HIpolit is awesome. He's a law wizard. The man knows everything. Tests are very hard and are about 120 T/F questions which are not as easy as they sound. Curves the tests but only a little bit. You take about 4 full pages of notes every class. He warms up more as the class goes on. Amazing teacher, MUST TAKE.

Tests are 120+ true/false questions. Gives weekly quizzes based on assigned readings. Looks for very particular answers but gives partial credit if you display you at least attempted to read it. Also gives extra credit to students who participate in class. Once you get used to his personality he's not so bad.

Overall great class. He definitely knows his stuff. You take a solid 4 pages of notes per class and his handwriting is awful. Make sure you read your cases! Relate them to what your studying at that time and you'll do well on the quizzes.

Prof Hipolit is a great professor who really cares about his subject. He is able to relate real world examples to most of the concepts. Note-taking is a big part of this course and i did not use the book at all. He gives out three major tests with weekly quizzes in between. The material is not that hard, just specific. Would recommend taking.

This course is a little harder than 202, but the course structure is the same. Quiz every week, three non-cumulative exams. Participation is 20%, but get C+ just for showing up every day. Tests are a little more difficult because the content is different but he tells you what you need to know in class.

Very good teacher. Very helpful if you have questions and he explains things very well and gives you good examples to help understand things. His tests are T/F. He gives you a quiz every week on the cases he gives you to read. Around 20% of your grade is attendance and class participation.

He is good teacher who is decently funny. You will learn a lot in this class and gives applicable examples. He takes the whole time and attendance is 20% of your grade. I never participated but came everyday and got B's on his exams and ended up with a B-. Exams are over 100 questions T/F which can be difficult. One quiz each week. I recommend him.

Very smart guy. He teaches because he enjoys the interaction with students. Tests are all T/F. Read the handouts and D2L material for quizzes. D2L content also helps reinforce the material and helps for tests. Don't use book as much, but he is an engaging professor who encourages participation. It's 20% of the grade. Also he takes attendance.

The best teacher ever!!! I enjoyed learning about the law. His test are 125 questions true/False but as long as you study and know the terms you should be ok. I would take him again.

The best professor i had at millersville. I learned alot about law. To pass his class you just have to read the case stories prior to class to take the weekly quizzes. Also, read your notes for the 3 exams they are the most helpful. The text book is a just a guide but won't be as much help.

Not the most exciting teacher, but you will learn a lot. Do the case readings prior to class for the weekly quiz. Tests are hard if you don't know your law. Study notes for tests, not book. Book is there as a guide; notes will be test.
