GREAT professor. Engaging, jovial, extremely knowledgeable, and cares for students. The only thing is that the reading practically kills you because there is so much. (Maybe I'm a slow reader) Anyways, the tests are very reasonable and he offers extra credit too.

Excellent professor, he's very passionate and makes the class interesting. He expects a lot out of his students and midterms and essays are not easy at all. I would definitely recommend his class to anyone that really wants to learn. Keep up with the readings and you will do just fine.

A LOT of work in this class! To get an A, you must be dedicated 100% to all the reading, as his tests pull passages directly from the texts. Do the work (ALL of it, including the journal) and you'll get an A. Great teacher, but hard as hell!

This class has alot of reading. You will definately need to put aside at least 2-3 hrs 4 days a week for just reading alone. Very interesting material. You will work your ass off for a A grade. But it is well worth it!
