I took this as a junior for an elective and did ok in it. However, he was not a very good professor. I learned a lot more from Madore in my Math classes. This class is useless.

Awful, horrible- almost fell asleep everyday. He is not concerned about your progress or anything for that matter EXCEPT for the fact that he's suppost to be retired and actually told my class on day 1 that he didn't want to be there!!!

I wish he had an excuse like having an accent for being so hard to understand, but instead it's how terrible he is as a teacher. His saving grace is that he assigns homework. The book becomes your teacher in this class.

Dr. Parks is an awful teacher. He mutters, obfuscates concepts, and lacks the ability to get the point across. He's a very nice man who is a great mathematician, but he's not doing students any good by being a Professor. Dr. Parks, it is time to retire.

Probability & Statistics was awful. I was failing because he couldn't teach, and when I went to his office for help, he didn't do a thing differently to try and get me through it. Very old, should retire NOW, and usually I'm never this harsh!
