Awesome teacher. Test were hard, but if you attend lecture, then it's not a problem. Don't read the textbook, it's useless. Just attend lecture, he makes everything very clear. Very generous curve.

Prof. Prieger is a great professor. He knows the course material and is considered an expert in the related field. This class was interesting as it covers some real world aspects. Expect it to be hard but it's worth it.

this is a difficult class. the material is very dense but preiger does a good job of explaining things in lecture. The tests are definitely tough.

He is a very clear and concise prof. Its easy to follow his lecture notes and his problem sets and practice exams are very helpful for the midterm and final. Its a hard class but he is a very fair teacher. I would take him again.

Nice Lecture, clear and relate to the exame. As long as you take the notes and study them, you would be fine. Tests consist of true/fales, multiple, and calculation problems.

I loved this professor. His lectures were interesting and very clear. (but i also really like micro) The homework was hard but helpful for the tests. Midterms and tests weren't especially difficult. Overall, I would recommend him.

Hard class as expected, but you can do well if you do all the homework, go to class, discussion, and see Prieger in his OH or the TA's OH. He was pretty helpful in OH, but he's definitely not a warm and fuzzy person. Tests difficult, but his lectures are straightforward.

He's a good guy. Very helpful, always willing to clarify something. First half of class was great, second half wasn't as great because it was mostly powerpoint. Definitely go to discussion sections, TA very helpful. Material is hard, but if you do the problem sets, it shouldn't be too bad.

I didn't think this class was too difficult as long as you read the textbook and go to discussion section! The TA was such a vital part in allowing me to understand the material better! I didn't find Preiger's lecture alone sufficent enough in understanding the material.

This is a challenging teacher who is clear and dry in lecture, but rather difficult in tests. He won't make any appointments outside of his office hours, and the only way to get an A (I got one) is to study the notes, problem sets, study guide, AND see a teaching assistant. He's rather hard overall.

Great econ teacher, it is hard to find one as good as him but the material is just not easy. He explains things quite well in lecture and problem sets help understand the material. This is going to be a hard class no matter what but take it with him and it wont be as bad...

for people taking ecn100, choose someone else. this is a VERY BAD professor to take. is very clear when it comes to notes & lectures, however, his tests will MURDER you. MC is poorly worded and VERY hard. if you enjoy a challenge and want to gamble with your GPA go ahead but he always wins.

his midterm was very easy. his problem sets are an easy/free 15% of your grade. but for some reason, his final exam seemed very hard. I had a B/B+ going into the final and I came out with a C-. spent 1/4 class on microsoft case but wasn't even on final!
