Enthusiastic teacher that's very experienced in the field. Clear grading criteria, homework is gone over in class, and extra handouts help explain some topics better than the book. Tests are straightforward and their are lots of opportunity to participate in class. Practice the content and read the book, you should do fine.

Reap is a really straight forward teacher. He explains what is needed and then you have to meet it. Do not take this class online!!!! Please unless you are just really good at self teaching. Reap goes over homework in class. The first test is take at home. Its a free A worth 15% the quizs for excel 7.5% and chapter quiz 7.5%. Read & understand*

Very well spoken teacher. Just like in any accounting or math class-read your book, do your homework, go listen to the lectures and youll be okay. I enjoyed his class time because he talked real world stuff that had to do with accounting. His tests are intimidating but theyre what you would be doing as an accountant.

He does go over the home work in class but thats pretty much it. The way hed talk to the students made a lot feel intimidated and afraid to ask questions as hed make remarks that made us feel stupid. The purpose of taking the course is to learn not just pass the class. His teaching methods need to change, for the sake of the accounting students!

The subject matter can be challenging, its Theory. Read, read, read! He does the homework in class and reviews all test questions. If you apply yourself you will do well. Reap injects fun into the class by simply being himself. He cares and is always available. Immediate responses to communications. Adore him!

DE Student. Professor Reap makes accounting fun. He goes out of his way to explain everything that will be on his tests, and if you have any questions he will fully explain the answer to you. A very fair grader and test giver, you won't be disappointed with his class.

Professor Reap is a generally good guy, he does go off on a tangent every once in a while but he wants everyone to do well in his class, he has 5 tests for acg2010 and if you do the homework and at least complete it all (10 chapters) he gives you an 80 and drops a test

Took him for financial 1 & 2, and managerial. Gives outline for each chapter (you have to fill in info from lectures); very informative but reading the textbook is important if you want to better comprehend the info. Online HW is helpful and good for practicing. He is very clear with lectures, will answer any questions.

Professor Reap is an awesome person, but I was afraid to ask questions in his class because he made me feel as though I did not belong in the class and clearly I was trying to understand. I did a lot of youtube to make it through this class because half the time no one understood what he was teaching. He'd ask a question and there was silence.

He's an excellent teacher and he loves what he does. He lectures basically every class. There's homework for each chapter and he does review it in class but I'd definitely recommend doing it on your own first. If you aren't gonna show up or do the homework then you're guaranteed to fail. He's very fun, helpful and nice. There's no presentations.

I do like Professor Reap. He is funny and helpful. His tests are not hard but if you dont study for them you will fail. I just dont like that he CONSTANTLY gets off track and talks about his personal life all of the time and sometimes the material gets confusing but overall I would recommend him to both accountingnon-accounting majors

Reap is loved my everyone. Always in a good mood and joking. He isn't a push over- expect to work. Very intelligent. Knows the material like the back of his hand- learned A LOT from him. Relates material to real life business scenarios. Offers handouts to study with. Review Cengage in class. Organized explanations. Easy to follow. TAKE HIS CLASS.

He's very funny and doesn't really have rules. You can come to class if you want, he doesn't care. He goes too fast and doesn't really teach. Most of the time he just writes things on the board and expects you to know what he's talking about. You don't need the book, but it helps.

Reap is an AWESOME teacher! I have never walked into that class and he wasn't laughing or joking about something. He genuinely loves teaching which is apparent from day one. He goes through problems step by step, and explains the material thoroughly. He is patient, approachable, funny, and knowledgeable. A genuinely good guy and teacher.

Hated going to this class. I knew i wouldnt do good on ANY of his tests. If youre a full time student and work full time I wouldnt recommend taking this class unless you have PLENTY of time. He teaches way 2 much in just a 5 WEEK course. I dont know what I really learned from him. Other than dont stay in a class that has 2 much goin on in 5weeks
