Very Great professor, will be missed. He makes chee thermo easier to understand. Sure, he grades meticulously but you should be able to conquer this...if not, try being a business major instead.

Is more interested in spelling and grammar than the actual lab work done. Changes requirements every week and doesn't seem to want to be bothered with questions outside of class. Also, he expects students to know CHEE formulas even though this is an introductory class. Avoid him if you can.

This Professor should not be teaching a 101 class, He will scare away potential chemical engineers. The experiments are very simple, but you cannot please this man with your lab report. He is more concerned with the format being just right than the material being technically correct. Very frustrating to deal with.

Dr. Rienhart is a very interesting guy. He has a odd sence of humor but as long as you go to class everyday and try to the work he will always help you with you class grade if you're close to getting a higher grade. Learn how to use the book for a resource, because you'll need it for the test.

If you're in CHEE you will most likely have to take him for 310, 400, 420, and possibly the second CHEE lab. His tests are similar to the homework, but if you don't write EXACTLY what he wants he will destroy your grade. Don't expect his finals to contain any material from old tests.
