Jamie is very helpful, fair, and patient. She never assigned a ton of homework, & sometimes she does draw on your work, but she's just trying to help and improve so you can do your best.

There isn't that much homework in her class, which is good. It's hard to figure out exactly what she is looking for sometimes. I am getting a D on my gesture drawings and an A on my long drawings simply because I can't figure out what she wants me to do.

so frustrating, tells me i'm one of the best drawers in the class but frustrates me with her useless and predictable comments and suggestions, wants you to draw in a certain way (like RISD) and won't let you do your own thing

people that cant draw hate good teachers is all there is to it. the people who have any talent and understand the process of drawing the figure can learn so much from this wounderful, knoweledgable, understanding teacher.
