Her voice is really monotone and hard to sit through, but if you go to class and pay attention you'll do well. Homework is effort graded but is super similar to the exam. Very nice lady who simplifies accounting concepts as much as she can.

Ms. Benson is one of my overall favorite instructors. Her lectures are clear and easy to follow. She writes her exams exactly how she tells you in class. This is a class that does require extra time to understand, I suggest SI (Supplemental Instruction). My visits during her office hours were very helpful. Go to class, even if its only a lectureday

Great Teacher. She genuinely wants you to succeed and have a great grade. Not so much energetic but kind and helpful. She realizes that this is intro accounting and not everyone wants to go forward with accounting but all business majors should at least have a basic understanding.

I really like Mrs. Benson. If you go to class, you will be rewarded. Attendance is not mandatory, but it is in your best interest to go. She is really helpful during her office hours too.

She breaks down the book and adds some info too making attendance seem unnecessary because of how easy it appears. However, if you do not attend class not only will you not pass the exams but will miss her weekly quizzes. She is a great teacher, always available, one of the best in the department!!!
