Jan is like a mom; you can talk to her about anything, and she will ALWAYS be supportive- but you still have to respect her like you would your mother! In addition, she's a great teacher and a wonderful musician. She knows how to make any piece sound interesting and beautiful. I've learned so much from her already, and its my first semester!
