Comment:

I will agree with others that she is a nice lady. However, she believes that her writing on the board is "more interesting" than making a power point that is actually legible. For this reason it can be extremely difficult to take good notes and in return, do well on her tests. If she could change this, she would be a great professor.

While I've been under Jane's instruction for the past 3 years, I've selected COM102 because that's where I was first introduced to the professormentor. Jane is willing to work one-on-one with any student, even if it isn't for her own class. She goes out of her way for each and every student that seeks help, but does a great job right in the class.

She is a wonderful lady who is always there to help you. I have her now for two or three classes and she's amazing. All of her tests so far that I have had are only essay but if you study and pay attention, she basically hands you the questions. I would recommend taking her in a heartbeat. NEED TEXT TO HELP WITH TESTS.

A real genuine person that really cares about her students. I felt she over explained a lot, but only cause she wants you to understand, not to make you feel dumb. Takes attendance though, so don't skip too much and get your grade dropped as I did. I never used the book and would have had a 4.0 if I wouldn't have skipped too much.
