Comment:

One of the toughest classes I've ever taken but at the same time the one I looked forward to the most. She's funny, a hard grader, and really values grammar. If you doze off in class, she'll definitely call you out. She loves participation and really improved my writing.

Worst professor ever. Treats you like your in elementary school. Calls on people specifically when she knows your not listening and constantly picks on students. Id strongly suggest not taking her. Took her for an honors class and she treated the entire class like we were kindergarteners. I dread going to this class every single day

She gives an incredible amount of work, however she is always available to help and actually cares about her students. For her books, they are insanely dense. I am not an English major but I still enjoyed her class. She gives many chances for passing by giving papers and pop quizzes so MAKE SURE YOU READ! She also gives excellent feedback on papers

SHE EXPECTS WAY TOO MUCH! it is that simple!readings and quizzes everyday plus short papers every couple of weeks...what are we in middle school? She is nice though, and some of the novels are SUPERB. But i would not recommend if you actually have to work for your education.

One of the hardest english classes I ever took. she's nice but super tough and will hunt you down for any tiny grammar mistake in one of the many papers she assigns. she also does this thing i didnt like where she will publicly show your mistakes to the class and have kids laught at it. I didnt find that constructive at all and found it mean

This class was insane. She's overloaded us with a final and a research paper when most professors give one or the other at the end of the semester. We had a paper every week, quizzes everyday and are graded on participation where she calls on her favorites repeatedly. I did decently in the class, but be forewarned!

Insane amount of work. 3 page paper due every other week, quizzes everyday, major midterm paper, final exam, detailed midterm exam and a giant research paper with anno bibliography, academic outline and 6 sources.She was also insulting when students asked for help, I would not reccomend, she's one of those that has tenure and will make you suffer

If you're lucky enough to get an invite for this class, take it! Moser is a great teacher and is very fun - the assigments are very interesting. You will learn more in this English class than in any of the others. Moser's a bit eccentric, so you need to learn to adjust to that a little (and it's fun to do so).
