The professor himself is a nice man, however, the time he gave to the 2 midterms is way too short. I was in an awkward rush doing the midterms and it surely generated a bad result for me. It seriously affect my grade! If more time was given, I could do much better!

For the mandatory comp math classes (i.e. COMP238, COMP239 and COMP335), prof. Opartny is the way to go. He's one of the rare teachers who actually teaches you what needs to be taught and tests you and what he taught in class. Other math teachers have a way of becoming real sadists on the midterm or the final. Take Opartny, you won't regret it.

Best teacher for Discrete Math II. Read his notes, do the assignments, and you will get a good mark. His tests are based on his assignments, and he doesn't hit you with any surprises. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
