I was in EE but took Engineering Mechanics: Dynamics with JAY (thats what he said we could call him by his first name; that is the type of guy he was) in order to transfer it to MBCC for a 2nd AS degree in Engineering. He was your friend as well as a good teacher. If I was an M. E. student I would have took more classes with JAY. A+ teacher!!!!

Very hard class, but is always willing to help. Feel that the class is 10 years over your head and will only be applying the material when you are out in the work force. Very smart man and doesn't believe in the grading system. Feels that if you do the work and do better each time, you will pass.

Hansberry is useless, but is mad easy. You will hate his class but will get a good grade even if you don't put any effort in. I'd definitely recommend avoiding this class despite the easy grading.

Class was intimidating at first, if you go for extra help he will give you anything you could need. I learned a lot about solving problems you dont know how to solve. Excelent teacher, if a little unorthodox and a great guy.:)

He teaches very well..though some students dont understand it. He's one of the very few teachers who dont impart bookish knowledge.If u do ur hw, u have a definite A. Very helpful and very nice.
