Comment:

Kiz is totally different from any other professor. His test are memorizing a book of the Bible and writing a 50 sentence summary of that book. I would spend all nighters the night before them because you literally had to memorize the book. He is a tough paper grader. I got a B on a paper because I didn't capitalize the word Bible.

If you're a BMS majorminor, you'll be seeing a lot of Kiz. He's not the easiest to get along with, but you'll be better for it in the end. He makes you work for every grade. However, he is the most arrogant and insensitive man I've ever encountered. Be prepared to leave each class feeling like you're the dumbest person ever.

This class was great. Kisner offered the current belief of Biblical scholars without pushing what he believed. He let the class figure out their own beliefs for themselves. I highly recommend that you take this course. You won't regret it

Kiz was one of the best professors I had at Waynesburg during my undergraduate work. From a seminary student's perspective, the content that was taught in his classes prepared me more than I could have ever expected! If you want to be challenged to the core... take Kiz!

He was a joke. He's supposed to be a preacher in his class he is swearing and trying to fit in with the boys. I've never seen anything like this. He wanted the football players to like him so he would try to act really cool around them and it was the most annoying thing i saw in my life.

This man pisses me off from time to time, but overall, I respect him. I have learned a lot from him, and he really is a great professor. One just needs to be prepared for a liberal man who is not what most people would expect pastors to be like.

It's hard to keep up with his notes; he goes way too fast. Sometimes the jokes are pretty bad. Overall, the class isn't hard if you put effort into it.
