Great, down-to-earth professor. Makes complex court cases, laws, and jargon heavy material very clear for students of all backgrounds. Also makes sure it relates to each student in some way.

This professor clearly outlines his expectations and is resourceful as well as available to students outside of class when needed. He adequately provides study material and information to pass any upcoming quizzes or tests. The class itself had interesting content that was presented in an understandable fashion by the professor.

He is such a great teacher one of the best I've had. He'll work with you if you miss and explains things very clear. Every class has been very interactive and fun! He has a great sense of humor and switches it up every Thursday with a film. If you study you will definitely pass. La Sierra would be STUPID to lose him. I had global interactions & 204

THIS GUY IS A SAINT. I'm a HistoryPre Law major, and have taken many classes from Dupee. He's incredibly clear with the assignments, and everything is organized and available to you in the syllabus. He's sarcastic, and as long as you like the SF Giants and the Seattle Seahawks, you'll do just fine.

Dr. Dupee is awesome! I took this class over the summer and it was pretty fun. All I had to do was read legal cases and a chapter from the book and then we had a quiz over the chapter and case. It was easy stuff. Definitely read the book. He also shows you movies. Favorite class at LSU so far.

Pretty easy class. The lecture and class itself is discussion oriented, Thursday movie day, and weekly Friday quizzes (read the material and it's easy stuff).

Comment:
HPSC274 lecture is all about legal cases. The lecture and class discussion can be very boring/redundant if you don't like legal cases. He should use more textbook reading/discussion/assignment--the textbook, Think American Government is a great/must read for all students/Americans-don't understand why we only read less than half of the book!

The only class this quarter where I actually enjoyed attending. Easy to understand but gotta read the material in order to pass. He doesn't make you feel inferior (like some other professors at La Sierra) and is willing you help you after class.
