This man is probably clinically insane, but that's what makes his classes interesting. Only two tests and a paper. Gives you a study guide for the test with all of the answers on it.

Comment:

Definitely passionate about what he does. Watched 3 or 4 movies. There are two papers, one 5 & 10 page paper, gives you two sentences on how to write them. I wrote two very well written papers, and doesn't give you feedback on what you do wrong, gave me C's on both. I had them read by others & colleagues and should have been a B+.

He doesn't give homework other then your 1 paper and studying. Works really well with athletes that have to miss class. Tests are difficult but if you study then you will do fine.

He is very passionate about what he does, but also jokes around a lot. Sensible, relatable, and caring. If you don't come to class he will work with you to figure out what you missed, but you also risk not knowing whats going on. He does a review sheet before his exams and tells you what exactly will be on it. "The only wrong question is 1 unasked"

I love this man! One of the sweetest professors. He gives a midterm and final which are tricky but are really easy if you study, one 5 page paper and one 10 page paper, both of which he's willing to look over and give feedback before you hand it in. Always lets you out early and he really has a desire to teach. Definitely recommend taking his class

Dr. Grove is definitely interesting. He spends a lot of time going over things he already talked about which can get a little boring. He lets you go early most days and shows 3 movies so it breaks up the lecture. Gives study guides identical to the test. DONT BUY THE BOOKS there is a 10 page research paper but I wrote mine in 2 days and got an A+

Only has a mid term and a final. Not a bad teacher a littler confusing and repeats stuff mentioned in the past classes a lot. You watch 23 movies, they do help understand the course material. One, 10 page paper, I thought it was hard to wright that much on the subjects he offers you. How he asked question on the mid term and final were tricky.

I walked into this class knowing nothing about religion, I still don't really know anything but I managed an A-. This guy is crazy and completely out of his mind, but I left every class entertained. The tests are literally the same thing as the study guide, study that and pay zero attention and you will still be fine.

This professor is extremely eccentric and he has profound wisdom; in a lot of ways that freshman typically cannot appreciate. I think the comments below me and their authors speak for themselves. It's a pity they didnt take away more from this class because there is alot to be said about humanity, non violence etc even if you arent religious

This man is literally out of his mind. The lectures are him rambling about nothing, and you have to sit there and watch him struggle to comprehend what he is trying to say. This class is a joke. I would avoid taking him. Trust me.

This professor is a joke. He may once have been tolerable but he's so senile now that his lectures are in incomprehensible mess of useless information that has nothing to do with the subject he supposedly teaches. Your essay grades are based on how you compare with other papers, not on an objective basis. You'll pass the class but you'll hate it

He is the craziest man alive. He referred to me as his "Prize Student". Its basically because I was the only person in the class that listened to him and wasn't stupid. Other than when he'll randomly start screaming in the lecture, he's amazing. Actually, I LOVED when he would scream. It was so entertaining.

He was a really easy professor and i would recommend taking his class for religion. There were two 10 page papers but both were easy. He's an easy grader. Tests can be confusing but the papers are worth more.

There are no words to explain Professor Grove. He's really crazy but a nice guy and willing to help out whenever he can. Tests are hard because the questions are unclear but he will help you if you have questions. Lectures are boring but he gives you all of the notes. Take him if you want to be entertained.

He is so nice and even though he is a little strange, his classes are so easy. He pretty much gives out all the answers to the tests. Just don't buy the books, you won't use them.
