Even though it's been years since I had a class with Professor Dugan, I remember how much I admired her teaching style, and how much she inspired me. I still use the knowledge gained in her class as a framework for understanding Global Relations. Her teaching methods inspired critical thinking skills that are helpful in so many other areas...

Her classes are completely inefficient and disorganized. She's very abrasive and too controlling of the flow of conversation. The material is VERY interesting and relevant but she has a particular knack for sapping all the life out of it. I would rather punch myself in the face repeatedly than take another class with her.

I took a 200 level Political Science class with her. She was awful. She played fovorites constantly. If you didn't pretend to be her best friend, she treated you like dirt. Only gave good grades to her favorites, no matter how hard they worked in the class. She is a really bad teacher.
