I found this course to be pretty easy (but I have also taken a lot of science classes). There was a fair amount of memorization required, but no tricky questions. Jenny is a good teacher-- helpful, clear, personable-- and she made the course interesting. Highly recommend taking this class with this instructor.

Really good teacher! Going to lecture is key but she provides information that holds your interest. Study the notes for tests and should get a good grade! She will also narrow it down so you have a better idea of what to study :)

This class seemed easy until the highest grade I ever seemed to get on an assignment was a B+. The class revolves around a huge project that I put way to much effort into and ended up dropping my grade. She expects much more than she lets on and the material doesn't always seem to go with the class. I think this should be a business class, not NUTR

Instructions are broad, one assignment you can get 100% and the next can get 68%. Lot's of assignment's so be prepared. Participation based on attendance. Not really hard but a lot of work. No quizes, no exams. It's easy to get a B+. But not so easy when you gotta get an A to get into that internship.

I've heard only bad things about this teacher. Not sure if she made it harder this year or not, but it seems is not too clear in what she wants as a teacher. Students never know how she is going to expect us to answer a question or present a project. we might get deducted for very minor things or not put enough emphasis on this and that. Harsh!!!

The problem with this teacher is that she makes the class structured in a flawed way. She gives in-class assignments that cannot be completed in time under her guidelines and then she grades them very strictly. This is definitely problematic because she presents the material in a certain way that we, as students, cannot digest it fast enough. AVOID

Super Nice! Lectures are pretty interesting.. really helpful during a test if you have questions. Pretty easy to get a B if you go to class and look over the notes before the test.

The class is pretty dang easy, especially if you have the text. Seems to know her stuff, and I'd say is pretty hot, you know, compared to the vast majority of professors.

She's an okay teacher. Class was mandatory, but overall, not too bad. I thought her grading was kind of subjective, but if you follow her directions, I think you'll do fine. No tests, just projects and papers...don't procrastinate!

She really sucks as a teacher... I don't sense much of a passion for nutrition in this lady, it's hard to keep up with her lecture skeletons, she hates to go back a slide if you ask her. Likes to bark back and snap during class. Mostly easy multiple choice exams. Basically she's new, you can tell and her classes will suck until she's broken in.
