The GOAT (greatest of all time) at UML. Fascinating to listen to. Really cares about students. Super knowledgeable. So glad I took him. Gives great explanations of difficult concepts. I wish all instructors were like him.

This guy is not only passionate about the subject but is also genuinely interested in you learning it and succeeding. One of the best professors at UML. The guy that said his study guides are a block of text can go fly a kite because a study guide isn't a mandatory thing. AT LEAST HE GIVES ONE! I'm sure you can manage. Loads of extra credit too.

Class is all lecture, put slides online, gives study guide, everything for study guide is on online slides and then test easy (only A B and C) one answer is always observed. So 50% chance on all questions.

Took life science 2 lec, with this guy. Awesome professor, everything is on his powerpoints. Attendance is optional, rarelly used the textbook. The exams are easy, just study his slides. Highly recommended. He is very knowledgable on this subject with many others, he is also very helpful and always available. TAKE HIS CLASS, lol! It's an easy A!

He is an excellent professor. However this class is ALOT harder than Life Science I. There is a total of 4 exams including the final, each worth 25%. Each exam has 120+ questions. The first exam was fairly easy but the remaining three covers soooo much material it is overwhelming. He does not scale. It was a mistake taking this class.

Extremely nice, and very knowledgeable. He's happy to talk about anything you don't understand after class. His tests are not hard just as long as you make sure to get the notes, which are online. Though, he does go through slides fast in class,(which is why they're available online),and his "study guides" are a solid block of terms with no spaces

Dr. H is the man. Powerpoints are posted on the course website. I'd recommend printing them and taking them to class so you don't have to try and write everything down. His study guides are given a week before the tests and they tell you EXACTLY what's on the test. Nice guy and tries to treat you as individuals even in a class with 125 students

Sweetest man! He's extremely intelligent. And knows what he's talking about, which is sometimes rare at this school. His slides are straight to the point with key words highlighted to let you know it's important. Exams are straight off the slides, which are accessable online, and eventhough it's overwhelming, it's fair.

Dr. Hojnacki is one of the best teachers at UML. He is a very nice guy and made nutrition & diesease a fun and interesting class. His tests are very fair and easy and he does not try and trick you. I went to class, listened, read over the slides once or twice and got an A! Do not hesitate to take this class if you can.

Not sure what the other guy is talking about, but Hojnacki is the man. Plenty of extra credit, and he gives hand outs for everything you see on the slides. An even modest effort will get you an A.

worst teacher u could probably get.study guide's a block of letters thats usually a page or 2 seperated by semicolons.thats it.no spaces!!and when he gives slideshows, he goes through them 2 quick so u cant copy the notes, which he says r important..i do not recommend him at all.the only good thing is that he gives u tasks 4 extra points on tests
