Choses student randomly to go to the board to work out homework problems but grades you easily. Knows the material very well but the class ultimately comes down to how well you do on the tests.

Dr. Peacher is super easy going, funny, and overall nice. He gives quite a bit of work with around 2 assignments plus a quiz per week. He usually covers almost every tough problem in class and is super helpful during office hours.

I took his quantum mechanics course almost three decads ago. He was far best physics instructor I've ever had. Many professors don't know what they are teaching, but Dr.Peacher does know it. Does he still lean his head back while he writes on the board? By the way, I still remember some of his jokes, like "That must be an observer dependent."

Dr. Peacher is probably one of the most brilliant profs on campus. Despite his age (which is nearly impossible to determine), he relates well to his students. I wish every prof at Rolla was like him.

The Peachinator rocks! Hes the super hero of the physics department. With his mad physics skills he can integrate the impossible integral, find a fourier series with his eyes closed, and fill all three sections of the chalkboard in 10 minutes.

I had Dr. P, aka The Fourier Phantom, for 4 classes, Phys 208, 221, 321, and 313 and loved all of them. Granted, it took a while to get used to his board filling teaching style, but after that it was smooth sailing. Also, he's not very good at keeping schedules, but thats ok. I phlove Dr. P (thats physics love for those in the know). What a guy!!!

Didn't care for him. Lots of HW and tough grader. Tests are basically old HW, prev tests, and examples from book and notes. HUGE amount of material and you best be sharp with you E&M 1 or you'll be behind from the first day. FORGET NOTHING! Oh and totally disorganized. Throw away the schedule, he's off it in 2 weeks. No real due date on HW.
