Dr. Smith's is a good lecturer but often makes his material more theoretical than practical. Tests are extremly hard; you must study all of the course packet slides and understand the theories behind them. Tests are multiple choice and short answer. He does grade on a curve, just make sure you are in the top 50%.

This class is hard. You are going to have to come to class, participate, and study a lot. However, Smith is a great professor and super knowledgable. If you put in the work, you'll probably do just fine. Grades on a bell.

I wouldn't say his class is necessarily "easy" but very entertaining. He does expect participation in group discussion which is almost every class period. HE DOESN'T make you buy a textbook, essentially he writes it himself and then has you buy a course packet for his class. I really like that there wasn't a lot of reading. I recommend him!

The best professor I've had at UNI & the first professor that has made class enjoyable to attend. You'll learn a lot, but tests can be fairly difficult if you don't study. Move classes around in your schedule if you can get in a class with him.

Great teacher who knows his stuff. Teaches straight from ppts and tests are mostly essay. No need for book. One long paper that he grades fairly easy. Curves on a bell so have to earn your grade.

By far one of the best teachers at UNI. He really knows his stuff and provides excellent real life examples. His test are really hard and he expects a lot on them but Smith is seriously the man! He can really make you laugh and makes the somewhat difficult material interesting and relevant. Take him you wont regret it, but expect to study!

Follows slides in class. There is a lot of material covered, but the content is not that difficult. Smith does a good job using lot of examples and personal stories. Great professor for this particular course.

My favorite professor in the business college and easily one of the most interesting and knowledgable professors teaching at UNI. Definitely go to class (although not mandatory) or you'll be lost. Test are hard, but doable and really make you APPLY what you've learned in class to solve problems (hence class name). Recommend this class to everyone!

Favorite teacher in the business college. Class isn't cake, but not hard if you show up, pay attention and study slides. No need to read the chapters. Amazing teacher, smart and worth your time.

Fairly difficult class, but he is one of the best professors at the University, IMO. Expects a lot out of you. Participate and show up to class every day. For tests, all I can say is memorize his slides and read through the chapters. The tests are pretty hard. Papers aren't as hard as everyone thinks though, and they're worth quite a bit.

AMAZING teacher!! Expert on management! He teaches on very specifics tho..which is hard considering how much you go over per test. Tests are a mix of essay, MC, and T/F. Tests are extremely hard and he curves at the end of the semester. He makes the class interesting and is a really nice guy outside of class. Hard class tho.

He is a really nice guy, pretty funny too. He has a packet with all his slides in it and you can just add notes to that as he goes over it. The tests are hard, lots of essay, but if you just memorize the slides, it is easy to get an A. He grades on a bell curve to fit the CBA epectations so only a couple A's per class.

Professor Smith does a great job explaining the material, and he makes the class fun. The packet is really all you need for class and just study those power point slides and you should do fine. Tests were tricky but grading is pretty lenient. 8 short essays on all tests that can be difficult. I recommend Smith over any other teacher for this class.

Smart but uses exact same examples from his book in class so reading is repetitive. Tests are rather difficult, but you just need to better than half the class to get in A-B range. Papers are fairly easy, put in some effort and you will get a perfect on every one. Memorize the list for tests, yes, i mean all of them.

Jerry is really smart. Generally this helps you with your grade, however, tests are heavy on essays that you need to know very very well. 1 Paper isn't hard but needs to be well organized throughout. Unless you are completely worthless he only gives C as your lowest possible grade.

His tests are extremely difficult because half of it is essay and require very precise and in-depth answers. I hope to pass this class. There is one 6-8pg paper that I'm hoping won't be too difficult. He does enjoy teaching, though. I would recommend someone else

It's interesting if you pay attention. Plus I think he seems like he use to be a cool guy back in the day. Lots of good/funny stories. Helpful. It's not easy, but possible to get an
