So much info, fun class, not too much work but you cannot be lazy. I am now at OU and the work/reading she gives is characteristic of a normal 4 year institution professor. Very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. However, if you want to coast like you can in some OKCCC classes she is not for you. She expects you to learn.

Took this class online, impossibly easy class. I can't say I learned a lot, nor can I say I opened my book but once or twice, which is a bit disconcerting for a history major, but it was an easy A.

Like other reviews-if you are a hist major take this professor! Hard studying/workload, but you will learn. Very eager to help other historians with career planning too. Non-history or poly-sci may want to reconsider if not serious about learning.

I wouldn't say she gives TOO MUCH work. I had 3 of her classes at once and got A's. Just don't be lazy! She is great for history majors looking to be more than a H.S. coach. She is disorganized, but she will not penalize you if you do the work.

If you are a history major, take Dr. Sheetz-Ngyuen. She is a bit disorganized but she more than makes up for thi imperfection. She will work you hard, but you will enjoy learning in her class. She makes exceptional effort to prepare History majors

Dr. JSN is a history majors prof.She knows her stuff. If your not serious about history take an easier prof. Although she is helpful and understanding. Slightly disorganized and talks about Catholicism alot because she is Catholic. Shes my favorite.

I've had her for several classes and although she can be unorganized at times she is very intelligent as it relates to her field. A must for any history major who will move on post-graduate work. Talks about catholicism a little too much though.
