the hardest class i ever took... she makes it impossible.. weekly quises, homework, presntations, exams and on top of the book she gives u folders to read and know for her class.... on top of that all she is a very harsh grader..... DO NOT TAKE HER CLASS

This is her LAST semester at OU - moving to Ohio. I make the HUGE mistake of taking this class this semester - it was a DISASTER!!! One of the most frustrating teachers I have met. I can't go into all of the reasons here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF AT ALL POSSIBLE TAKE YOUR BIOLOGY CLASSES AT ANOTHER SCHOOL AND NOT AT OU AND TRANSFER THE CREDITS IN!!!

This is not an easy class. Make sure you study her notes hard and it doesn't hurt to read the book. Most of her notes are derived from the book. The quizzes are hard, but she lets you drop your lowest score. She's a terrible test writer. Good Luck :-(

professor is clear in everything she says. quizzes are really important. make sure you do no slack off in the quizzes. if you need a 2.5 or above, do good on the quizzes. the final is only 25% of the grade. 6 quizzes in all. quiz #3,4,6 is tough.

also bought the book and only used it about 3 times jus study all the notes and you will do fine i got a 3.9 of studying all her notes n the supplement sessions are a waste of time and only like 40 people out of 150 stay

All the notes are on WebCT and she just reads them word for word in class. I bought the book and I never read it. Just study the notes word for word and you will pass her every 2 weeks quizes. No testes just quizes (20 questions each). I read the notes only and got a 3.3 n the class. I would take her again if I had to.

LOTS OF PAPERWORK. (You'll see) U will have to spend a lot of time on this class - read book not just notes. Don't take this class with 2 many other "hard" classes cuz quizzes R every other week with 20 ?'s over 3 chapters. 70% of grade. Do extra credit raises final grade 2.5 pts. Don't bother w/ supplemental instruction waste of time.

This class is a lecture+lab, so it is A TON of work. The lab portion is a big pain in the ass. Pre-labs and lab reports take a long time. The lecture portion of the class is challenging, but do-able. You'll learn a lot, but be ready to work. Dr. Z-R is a nice lady and is willing to help.

This professors requires that her students put in a good amount of effort in order to get a good grade. I think that she is very well prepared for her classes and is very organized lecture notes and review sheets are posted online for each tests, study those for the tests and you will do great
