The test is short but very hard. It looks like he;s trying to make you understanding the material instead of just working on problems. However, the homework is very long and has nothing to do with the exam!! He's hand writing is horrible and sometimes doesn't make any sense. DO NOT TAKE HIS CLASS!

Has a pretty good idea what he's talking about. Don't trust what he writes down on the board, he goes from memory some times and gets it wrong. His handwriting is legible (more so than mine). He has great stories. His lectures do seem a bit drawn out though... I feel like he's stretching to fill the last half hour or so.

To start with an actual quote, "I don't f***ing do this sh*t" and "Sorry Class, Sorry." Here's how the class works. You learn the stuff on homework and what he tell's you to learn, then he tests you on something completely unrelated. The homework assignments are massive and very hard to work. The posted solutions are filled with errors.

Alright, his handwriting is not the best (nor the biggest) and he tends to mumble, but he's a great professor if only for his regularly scheduled 15 minute digressions about math history and trivia. His classes are always amusing.
