Jim can seem like a jerk, as said below, but once you understand his humor, he is hilarious. Ex. on a powerpoint he named a man Richard Hurtz, next slide the man was nicknamed Dick Hurtz. He has teaching techniques that change often, but he always has a way of making math simple and somewhat enjoyable. Highly recommend him for any class.

He is not exactly an EASY teacher, you have to work for your grade. Honestly, he seems like a jerk the first couple days, but i struggled in the class and went to see him outside of class and he is probably one of the most caring people I have ever met. One of my favorite professors.

Jim is a good teacher.. I really enjoyed him and hope that he continues to do a good job.. For the record I hate Math with a passion and his class i enjoyed.. ( It was a math class of course)
