Comment:

Friendly and funny at times. He's genuinely knowledgeable about the subject, but he's not great at planning or keeping up with grades. We often didn't have enough time to finish the labs. Be prepared to do a lot of unnecessary math and labs that don't correlate to real-world circuits. It took him 3 months to grade the midterm and some quizzes.

He is really helpful, I can tell that I learn so much from this class. He teaches clearly and if you don't understand he would explain more. I recommend this class to everyone.

Jim is a very smart man but is obviously burned out on teaching. He instead chooses to talk about irrelevant subjects during class and then when in lab he hides in his office when everyone needs help or wants something to do that's productive. He also has serious control issues and is always late to class and sometimes just doesn't show up.

Jim does not teach. He rather bs about irrelevant subjects and then hide in his office when you need help. He is a control freak and cannot stand anyone knowing more then he does or anyone doing something he cant or has never done himself. He is abusing the tenure system. Now he cant be fired so why bother to teach???! Never taking again

He's a great teacher, he makes it easy to understand hard material. He gives many chances to improve your grade. The tests are so easy,you can just review the pretest, and score well. And the class is really fun

Had Jim for ET110 in the Fall of '07. The class is well organized with the lectures, text, quizzes, and labs all being relevant to each other. ET 110 is a good class to take for engineering majors, or anybody that needs another Natural Science class. I appreciate that Mr. Hannibal is a genuinely nice guy that doesn't look down on his students.

Here are some information that you need to know abut Mr. Hannibal, Great Great teacher if you fail his classes then you should go and major in something else because the guy is so funny entertaining and helpful explains everything in any subject i recommend him for any person that is into cars i took Five classes with him and never had a problem.

Lol, the "Three F's". Fun fun fun is only the begging of it. Mr. Hannibal is one of the most amazing teachers I've ever had, helpful inside and outside of the classroom. Very understanding and insitefull. A little on the soft side, if you don't want to learn, you won't, but that's your problem. Great at explaining difficult things and won't leave anyone behind (unless you lie and say you get it). An all around great guy.
