He is the best, take him whenever you can! Very knowledgable and down to earth. I took this class in the evening so I didn't have to observe like the day classes did. So this class was mainly learning how to write lesson plans. I feel like a pro at it after taking him. They are very in depth but he makes it seem less intimidating.

Such a big help! Hilarious. Professional, but understanding. Observing in the classroom during this course was exciting. He made review sheets so you got more out of it.

He is truly an inspiration to an education major. He is everything you need to be as a teacher. Compassionate, but he won't let you walk all over him. Fair but understanding. Professional but friendly. An amazing professor, so helpful! I hope I have another class with him!!

Dr. Lane is super involved on campus and seems to really enjoy interacting with students. He is open to differing points of view because he values diversity. the classes are not difficult but he puts more emphasis on class interactions and grasping material than letter grades. He is very nice, I highly recommend him.
