Don't go to class just read the textbook. He is the worst lecturer I have ever seen. His test are broken English and terrible. Avoid like the plague!

70% of students never showed up to lecture: he's hard to understand. I went to every class, but I'm not sure if it helped. Key to passing is to know his handed out problems by heart, and for tests add to that knowing as many of the textbook problems from relevant chapters (that's where he takes his test questions) p.s. second midterms are killer.

Bless his soul, he tries. The class had two sections taught by Chuang and Ugursal and both were brutal and incomprehensible, but then again, the material itself isn't a breeze. If he spoke English, I suspect he'd make a great prof.

There is no way this guy speaks any language close to English. Also, nothing he writes on the board is legible. He could play pictionary using both words and drawings and you still wouldn't know what he was saying. Also, the textbook is useless. I would consider changing schools if it meant not having him as a prof. Shear Uselessness.

Could not understand a word the man was saying.He taught it from a really complicated math perspective.I absorbed nothing and the text book was awful.I had to retake the class at smu and was in shock at how freaking easy fluid mechanics really is with a good prof.

If you can make it through his accent and constant repeating of "ok" then you might be able to absorb something out of what this guy is teaching. The book wasn't very helpful either when trying to learn the course material. However, he did have decent tutorials...
