Such a great and fun professor! His tests are really straight forward and you do have to really listen in class because its pretty much everything that is on the test. He usually gives curves!

Spoon is the man! He has taught me everything I know and I can't imagine not having him at Campbell. Incredibly easy to follow and his tests are straight forward. His jokes are funny too.

Best professor in the business school. Tests aren't hard if you take good notes & pay attention in class. He makes boring law concepts much easier to understand & applies them to real life. Be ready for a lot of funny UNC jokes.

Professor Witherspoon is an amazing teacher. He does his best to make sure that all of his students understand the material. If you pay attention in class and take notes, you won't have any problems. His tests might be a bit confusing, but they make you a better learner, and teach you how to be analytical and questioning.

Favorite teacher at Campbell. He uses examples to make sure everyone understands. He is helpful and loves to talk. I've sat down with him for over an hour several times. Listen to his lecture and you will pass most likely with an A.

I just graduated and now have my first job in a Trust Dept. If you want to learn, you have to teach yourself. He baby's you so much that I can't remember ANYTHING that I SHOULD have learned! You aren't required to LEARN the material, just memorize it for the test (which are common sense). Nice guy, not so good teacher.

tests are extreamly hard...but he curves A LOT, once we had an 18 point curve...if you don't miss any class, you get to drop one of the first two tests, you'll get a good grade if he likes you...don't bother buying a text book, because you'll never use it...tests are on the notes that he goes over in class

You come out of Bus Law thinking he is the GREATEST teacher everrr.... until you get to his upper level classes where he has taught the SAME MATERIAL evey year, you can have old notes and know EXACCTLY what he will say, down to examples. Not everything he will teach you is accurate..so beware. And once you're out of his class, he ignores you.

I had Professor Witherspoon for two business law classes back in the late 1990s. He was such a great professor, always having a smile on his face. His teaching is clear and his wit is sharp. Being a Wake Forest grad, he'll rag on UNC (my grad alma mater), but I'll give him a pass. I enjoyed his class so much, and I learned more than I hoped.
