Being a graduate from Ivy Tech, it's safe to say that I learned everything I know about computers from Joan. Most of the computer instructors I had were not very good communicators and had very little interest in teaching. Joan was not the case. She is one of the best motivators around in teaching. She knows how to push someone to their potential.
