Took the drama class for education. Loved the material, loved her passion . . . but couldn't get behind being told how to specifically run non-drama elements of my future classroom. Every class. Drama class, not tell-me-how-to-run-my-classroom class.

I feel like we are her audience for her 'stand up' comedian routine. Can be funny but is actually quite dry and gets irritating when she fails to 'get to the point'. Seems easy and is very understanding but I found not enough of a challenge and I lose interest very quickly.

She is an inspirational teacher, upbeat, friendly and competent. People might say she's flakey because she is fearlessly out there but she believes in what she does, and teaches hands-on with group activities etc. Pretty fun class that I enjoyed, and no final either. =)

Ridiculously entertaining, caring and fun. Found the class fairly easy and interesting. Teaching relies a lot on connecting through performing (as Phil Duchene will agree), and Jocelyn gets that -unlike MANY education professors you may encounter on the way to your degree-.

Wow. She emails A LOT. Very very by the book, sort of neurotic. She is so entertaining sometimes but her anal neuroses often takes over and makes people recoil a little. I feel bad for her; she tries really hard.
