Professor Lomax is hands down one of the most knowledgeable CJ professors at UW-Platteville. Has years of experience, doesnt tell too many war stories, but always provides examples in class. Very helpful outside of class with mock interivews, career guidance. Really cares about his students and wants to help them in any way he can.

Advanced Interviewing is the easiest class ever... Small class size and very close. To pass the test you need to study but he gives you everything word for word. Lomax is a wonderful professor, always wanting to help and wanting to make sure you learn something in the class! Everyone needs a little Lomax before they graduate!

He does sign a lot of work with little time to do it (5 page paper or project w/ a 1-2 week work period instead of months). So the class does ask a lot out of you. Fortunately it is for your own good. Get on his good side, and make sure he knows your name. Doing so will help you out in the future if you know what I mean.
