to many students opinion i heard of joe london is that he is a extremely great professor! I think he is probably the best professor there is at the art department. it would be very ignorant if they got rid of joe london! i hope to be able to learn more from him in the near future. i have learned so much from him and want to learn more!

I consider this class a waste of my tuition money. He gives you a list of projects and basically says, "ok go do it." The class seemed cool for the first couple weeks but it went straight downhill from there. Why pay to teach yourself?

If you want to pay the school to instruct yourself, this class is for you! He was gone a lot, students are expected to learn most everything on their own, he is unclear about his expectations, need I go on? I am very frustrated about this class. I can't believe he gets paid to do nothing. BAD!

Boy, it must be nice to get paid to do nothing. He was hardly ever there and did not do anything that would be considered teaching. He did demo a couple of times, but not nearly enough to be considered actual teaching.

Very enjoyable class with laid back atmosphere. While you have set projects, the student has a great amount of flexibility with each one. Tests are fairly easy and you learn things applicable to making ceramics. I suggest taking the class twice as clay can be difficult to learn and it gives you time to learn to throw on the wheel. Weeeeeeeeeeeeee!

he doesnt teach much as a teacher, and he is very weak as a chairman. The art department is sinking like the titanic under him.
